change twitter username

change twitter username

After save changes you will see following message

Your new username will take a little time to appear in name search.
Some Old mentions :

old mentions

old mentions

How changing Your Twitter Username affects You :
You have to revoke access to some twitter apps and add them again as they usually
dont update your account and you will be getting some @mentions sent to your old
account so do monitor your old twitter name for a while and it will be okay after
some time. Also you if you monitor your klout score you will most likely to se a
huge drop in your klout score as klout.

You might see duplicate listings for awhile in various twitter directories like
twitaholic, twellow, TwitterGrade etc.

If you are a blogger then you will remain busy for a while in updating your
username on other platforms like Google+, your blog, etc.
Useful tips :

you can register your old username again with different email id and simply post
a message there that your old twitter username has been changed to new one so
that you dont loose any potential follower.

Share your opinion about changing your twitter username and how this tutorial is
helpful in comment section below.

WordPress Introduces WordAds, Adsense Alternatives

                                         WordAds : The Adsense Alternatives

WordAds : The Adsense Alternatives

For those bloggers got banned from adsense hold on guys there comes good news for
you as WordPress ads lead Jon Burke announced in a blog post that they are about
to launch WordAds.We knew it was coming as recently WordPress announced a
partnership with advertising giant Federated Media (FM).

Official statement :

We’ve resisted advertising so far because most of it we had seen wasn’t terribly
tasteful, and it seemed like Google’s AdSense was the state-of-the-art, which was
sad. You pour a lot of time and effort into your blog and you deserve better.
Jon Burke also announced that there are more than 50,000 WordPress-powered blogs
coming online every day.

Minimum Requirement for WordAds :

* visiblility : Your Blog Must Be publicly visible
* custom domain : No cheap free domains allowed you have to own custom domain
* Content : content must be original and should pass thier quality test
* Traffic : your blog must have significant amount of traffic
* Engagement : your engagement on various Social Media platform
* Language : Preferably English

How to Apply :

* You have to fill a simple application form Here

* Note that you have to log in to your wordpress account to fill the above form

Sumiting Information : Submit Your blog, pick a desired topic for it and enter
your paypal account details
Why is can Stop Adsense Dominance :

* WordPress : WordPress is a most popular blogging platform and its content
management system (CMS) is just awesome.

* Network : wordpress has the largest network of Pro bloggers

* Adsense Policies : Adsense Policies Sucks to say the least

* Adsense Alternatives : There is no Alternatives of adsense as lots of bloggers
get banned from adsense without any genuin reasons they usually look for adsense
alternatives and end up getting no where.

* Tie Up with Federated Media (FM) : As Federated Media is a advertising giant to
say the least and they can bring some high quality advertisers to WordAds.

* Tired of Adsense policies : lots of bloggers complaint about adsense policies
and suspension of thier Adsense account due to no reason, Google needs to improve
thier policies otherwise they will be done from this niche.

But why wordpress launces WordAds well the answer is simple enough they could not
resist the temptation and adsense policies sucks. Also it is very hard to recive
payment from Adsense as there are lots of click bombers out there and you could
become a victim of “Click Bombing” several times before reciving payment.

What you guys think about WordAds and do you consider it as adsense alternative,
do share your thoughts in comment section below.
